Standards for an adult academy
Members may study, discuss, question, or reject magical and religious systems. Disagreement is expected. Participants must critique claims and sources without attacking identity or dignity; distinguish history, interpretation, and personal experience; respect boundaries and privacy; obtain consent; cite sources; and follow faculty and classroom safety instructions.
Conduct that is prohibited
Threats, incitement, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, coercive control, sexual harassment, non-consensual sexual content, encouragement of self-harm, dangerous instructions, or interference with another person’s treatment or emergency care.
Grooming, predatory solicitation, financial or spiritual exploitation, impersonation, scams, pressure to purchase private services, or any sexualized or exploitative conduct involving a minor. Minors may not hold accounts.
Targeted abuse, discriminatory slurs, dehumanization, repeated unwanted contact, mobbing, or retaliation against a reporter or witness. Academic discussion of harmful ideology is allowed; directing it at people is not.
Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, scraping private areas, evading a ban, publishing private messages without a lawful safety reason, or disclosing another person’s identity, DOB, location, school record, or contact information.
Spam, undisclosed promotion, plagiarism, piracy, sharing paid materials or recordings, manipulating reactions, fraudulent payments, false reports, or using the academy to arrange illegal activity.
Presenting divination or spiritual practice as guaranteed diagnosis, legal or financial advice; claiming faculty authority one does not have; or pressuring another member to abandon qualified professional care.
Academic integrity
Students must submit their own work, attribute sources, disclose permitted AI assistance, follow assessment rules, preserve examination confidentiality, and avoid fabrication or unauthorized collaboration. Faculty must disclose conflicts, protect student records, grade consistently, and avoid romantic, sexual, financial, or coercive relationships where an active power imbalance exists.
Swift, firm, and documented enforcement
- 01Immediate protection
Credible safety, privacy, security, exploitation, or fraud concerns can trigger instant content removal, room removal, evidence preservation, and interim suspension while facts are checked.
- 02Proportionate finding
Responses may include a written warning, required boundary agreement, content removal, feature restriction, assessment penalty, course removal, time-limited suspension, or permanent expulsion.
- 03Escalation
Severe or repeated violations may be reported to a hosting platform, payment provider, emergency service, regulator, or law-enforcement authority when legally required or necessary to address a credible threat.
Permanent expulsion is available for serious first offenses. Collegium will not promise confidentiality it cannot legally or safely maintain, but reports are shared only with people who need them for review and response.
Reporting, decisions, and appeal
Use the in-platform report tool or email safety@collegiumarcanum.com. Include the location, date, people involved, and available evidence. Knowingly false or retaliatory reports are violations; a good-faith report that is not substantiated is not.
When safety and law permit, the respondent receives a concise statement of the rule and decision. A written appeal may be filed within 14 calendar days based on material factual error, new evidence, procedural unfairness, or disproportionate outcome. A different administrator should review the appeal where practicable. Interim safety controls may remain during review.
Discipline does not cancel non-waivable consumer or refund rights. Effective: August 14, 2026.
