Student Handbook · 2026–27

The shared terms
of serious study.

A practical guide to academic life, expectations, rights, responsibilities, support, and review.

01

Welcome & purpose

The Collegium exists for pluralistic, disciplined study of occult histories, texts, practices, ethics, and living traditions. It does not require religious conformity or promise supernatural outcomes.

02

Your academic identity

Use one member record for applications, enrolments, attendance, assessments, communications, and awards. Keep contact details and time zone current.

03

Learning expectations

Read assigned material, arrive prepared, participate respectfully, document practice honestly, meet deadlines, and distinguish personal testimony from historical or empirical claims.

04

Attendance & engagement

Live attendance requirements are stated in each syllabus. When recordings are allowed, completing them may not replace seminars, supervised practice, or assessed participation.

05

Assessment & feedback

Every assessed study publishes outcomes, criteria, submission rules, marking scale, feedback window, and permitted assistance before work is due.

06

Academic integrity

Submit your own work; cite sources; disclose permitted tools and collaboration; never fabricate sources, experiences, observations, or records.

07

Community conduct

No harassment, threats, coercive recruitment, doxxing, identity-based abuse, sexual pressure, impersonation, or claims of spiritual authority used to control another member.

08

Privacy & recording

Do not record, repost, quote, or identify classmates outside permitted spaces without their clear consent. Classroom and support records follow their stated access controls.

09

Accessibility & adjustments

Students may request reasonable changes to format, time, participation, or assessment. Requests are considered individually without requiring public disclosure to classmates.

10

Support, complaints & appeals

Informal resolution is available but never required where inappropriate. Formal complaints, academic appeals, and conduct reports receive a case number and independent review path.
