Agreement and operator
These Terms form a contract between the account holder and Infernal Compass LLC, operating Collegium Arcanum. By creating an account, purchasing study, or using a member area, the user agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Statement, the Code of Conduct, and the Refund Policy.
Required checkout information—including total price, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, course dates, access period, and cancellation method—must be shown before an order is placed and supplied by email or another durable record afterward.
Eligibility and accounts
The service is restricted to persons aged 18 or older. A user must provide accurate name, email, and DOB information; keep credentials secure; maintain one personal account; and promptly correct material inaccuracies. Display names may be pseudonymous, but the private account record must be accurate. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to impersonate another person.
Google or Microsoft login authenticates the selected account but does not establish age. A new social account remains locked until DOB, eligibility, and academy agreements are completed directly with Collegium.
Membership, study, payment, and renewal
Free membership permits only the features designated as free. Student status, classes, courses, programs, examinations, and materials require the stated admission and tuition payment. Collegium is a private educational academy; no accreditation, professional license, employment outcome, transfer credit, supernatural result, or particular personal outcome is promised unless a written program description expressly says otherwise.
Paid plans renew only when checkout clearly identifies them as recurring and the user expressly agrees. Collegium must disclose the renewal price and frequency and provide a practical online cancellation method. Cancellation stops future charges and does not itself create a refund for a completed period; the Refund Policy and non-waivable local rights control refunds.
Taxes and currency are shown at checkout. PayPal processes payment under the PayPal terms presented in the payer’s region. Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or evasion of a valid fee may trigger immediate account restriction while investigated.
Conduct and enforcement
The Code of Conduct is part of these Terms. Serious risks—including credible threats, stalking, doxxing, sexual harassment, exploitation, hateful abuse, malicious software, payment fraud, or conduct involving minors—may produce immediate interim suspension without advance notice. Confirmed violations may result in content removal, feature limits, course removal, permanent account termination, evidence preservation, or a report to a platform or authority where required.
Except when safety, law, or evidence integrity prevents it, Collegium will give the affected person notice of the basis and a 14-day appeal route. Enforcement does not remove statutory refund, privacy, or consumer rights.
Academy and member content
Collegium and its licensors retain rights in the site, curriculum, recordings, assessments, trademarks, graphics, and faculty materials. A paid student receives a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use assigned materials during the stated access period. Republishing, reselling, scraping, recording live rooms without permission, sharing downloads, or training an AI system on protected academy materials is prohibited.
A member retains ownership of original content they submit. They grant Collegium a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display it only as needed to operate the selected academy features. The license ends when content is deleted, except for backups, quoted discussion context, legal records, or content another user has independently retained. Users must have permission to post submitted material.
Outside services
Named providers perform hosting, login, payment, calendar, software, and support roles described precisely in the Privacy Statement. Collegium remains responsible for processors where applicable law requires. Independent controllers such as PayPal, Google, and Microsoft govern their separate services under the terms they present. Collegium does not control an outside service’s availability, but this clause does not waive liability that law does not permit us to waive.
Disclaimers, liability, disputes, and changes
Occult, historical, spiritual, and practical material is educational and does not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional advice. Users remain responsible for lawful, safe choices and must not perform an activity that risks injury, coercion, illegal conduct, fire, poisoning, or harm to another person.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collegium is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot be excluded, breach of mandatory privacy duties, or any consumer right that cannot be waived. Any monetary cap applies only where lawful and will not be lower than the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months.
Mandatory consumer law and courts available in the user’s place of residence remain available. No forced arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by this draft. The organizing state and business mailing address of Infernal Compass LLC must be inserted before paid enrollment opens; that information will determine any additional governing-law clause without displacing mandatory UK, Canadian, U.S. state, or provincial rights.
Material changes will be dated and notified. A change will not retroactively remove an accrued right. Effective: August 14, 2026. Questions: legal@collegiumarcanum.com.
